mountain bike

Valdidentro means also mountain bike and here you can enjoy many different trails suitable to all levels.

Our paths are for beginners and for bikers and all of them allow you to admire our landscape and valley: one of the easiest is the tour around Cancano lakes, the downhill along Alpisella valley instead has an average difficulty; you can also discover Viola valley, from Arnoga to the Swiss border, along ways and mule tracks through green pastures.

In our valleys you can find trails that link Germany, to Valtline, until Garda lake, and you can put yourself to test with hard climbs or breathtaking descends, reaching wonderful alpine lakes and gorgeous natural spots.

The ways of the district are the location of the Granfondo Alta Valtellina, an exciting route of 67 km which stretches between Bormio, Valfurva, Valdidentro and Valdisotto with an altitude gap of 2300 mt.

Valdidentro, and the Alta Valtellina district, is also the ideal resort for racing bikes’ lovers. In fact, you can follow the wake of the athletes taking part the Italian Tour, climbing the Stelvio Pass (2.757 mt), Gavia Pass (2.621 mt) or Mortirolo Pass (1.852 mt).
